Gather all your items that you would like to dip into chocolate. 
Melt your favorite type of chocolate using a chocolate thermometer and plastic bowl and a microwave.
Melt the chocolate very, very slowly never allowing the chocolate's  temperature to rise above 90 degrees F. 
Dip the items and then refrigerate them for a few minutes.
Remove the items from the frig. and decorated with some melted white chocolate.
When storing the chocolate dipped items in the frig. cover them well with a protective wrap. The chocolate will attract the moisture in the frig. and they will become wet if not covered. Only refrigerate the items that are parishable, like strawberries, bananas, oranges, not potato chip, pretzels or nuts.
