Scales of Justice : Court orders EACC to surrender Kidero's seized property

The high court has ordered the Ethics and Anti-corruption Commission to surrender any seized property belonging to former Nairobi governor Evans Kidero within seventy two hours. Justice Hedwig Ong’undi  ruled that the former governor had satisfied the court that issues raised in the case were substantial and further extended orders barring  the anti graft body from probing and searching Kidero’s properties pending the hearing and determination of the matter. .Ben Chumba reports.
