BOONE COUNTY, Ky. (WKRC) -- A former band director pleads guilty to sex abuse charges. Kenneth Owens agreed to a deal in Boone County that will send him to prison for a decade.  The guilty plea also covers Kenton and Grant Counties where Owens faced similar charges. He'll be formally sentenced next month.  Owens was a band director at Grant County High School.  He had a two-year sexual relationship with a teen at Beechwood High School.
