Minority tribe, Okuti seeks to be recognised by the constitution

A minority tribe called the Okuti in Acholi Sub-region in Northern Uganda wants to be recognized in the Constitution by the government of Uganda. The Okuti reside in Orom Sub-county in Kitgum district and their dialect is neither Acholi or Karimojong.
