CINCINNATI--Confusion at the polls last November has one Ohio county investigating voter fraud. Yesterday,voters pleaded their case during voter fraud hearings in Hamilton County. The board of elections ordered 26 people to testify in court. to find out exactly what happened on election day. Ohio Secretary of State John Hustead said Hamilton County tried to simplify voting procedures; resulting in 90 potential cases of voting fraud. If found guilty, voters could go to jail and pay fines. The hearings will continue next week.
