The National Cohesion and Integration Commission is threatening to sue the Kiambu County government if it goes ahead and implement a proposal by the county assembly that seeks to hire 70% of its workforce from the local dominant community. NCIC chair Francis Kaparo while rejecting the already passed motion said the commission has already written an advisory and protest note to the county government to withdraw the motion failure to which it will seek legal redress.
