Kenya’s Florence Kiplagat emerged victorious at the 26th edition of the Barcelona eDreams Half Marathon, clocking 1 hour 09 minutes and 19 seconds, more than four minutes outside the half marathon world record of 1 hour 05 minutes  and 09  seconds she set in the same city 12 months ago. Vincent Kiprutoh won the men’s title in 1 hour 02 minutes and 54 sceond.
