WARREN COUNTY, Ohio (WKRC) - Warren County voters will play a key role in who wins the District One Congressional seat.

It's been a busy day in Warren County.

Director of Elections Brain Sleeth said there were five power outages on Tuesday in the county.

Four outages were in Springboro and one at Armco Park.

Luckily that didn't stop voters from casting their ballots by cell phone lights.
