President Yoweri Museveni has urged literate christians to help the illiterate fellow worshippers who he says are stuck in poverty. According to the president, when such people are kept behind, it retards the country’s development. Museveni’s call came as participated in fundraising service for the completion of the new All Saints Cathedral at Nakasero, Kampala.
