Karibu Homes plans to construct 1,000 low cost houses at Tatu City with the ground breaking for the project slated for January next year. Rendavour Country head Nick Langford says the housing units by Karibu Homes will mainly target the middle class as the firm aims to reduce the housing deficit in Nairobi.
