Busia Health facility finally gets refurbished after operating for years without a pit latrine

A health facility in Lumino sub-county in Busia district that has operated without a water source, a pit latrine and no placenta pit for years has received an uplift. Hasyule Health Centre II established in 1993, has been refurbished by Busia Area Communities Federation an affiliate of Child Fund.
