Use however much you need for your party. We used cheddar filled but use what you like. - Some good bacon, whatever your favorite is. You will need roughly one pound of bacon per package of little smokies. - One stick of butter - 1 1/4 cup of brown sugar - Black pepper - Cayenne pepper (optional) How we put this together = This is EASY! First, spray your cooking pan. Then, simply wrap one smokie into approximately 1/3 slice of bacon each, wrap it up good and secure it with a toothpick. Repeat until they are all done and in the pan. Now, melt down your stick of butter and then mix in one cup of brown sugar. Stir until properly combined. Now, pour that glaze over the tray of little smokies until covered well. Lastly, sprinkle remaining brown sugar around the top along with some black pepper. You may also add cayenne now if you like. Preheat your oven to 375 and bake for approximately 30 minutes, now turn your oven up to 400 to crisp the bacon for around 5 minutes (or until it's the way you like). Remove for oven and serve!
