Ingredients (this is what I used but you can alter brands or anything to your taste):

 - Jalapeno Peppers (I used 11)
 - Thick Cut Bacon (1-2 for each Jalapeno depending on if you want to wrap them in halves or whole)
 - 1 Tablespoon of Minced Garlic
 - 1/2 Teaspoon of Montreal Steak Seasoning
 - 2 HEAPING Teaspoons of Cayenne Pepper (THIS IS HOT!) You can use less or none if you like)
 - Fresh Black Pepper 1/2-1 Teaspoon depending on your preference
 - Legend Brand Chipotle Powder 1/2 Teaspoon (you can use any brand you want this is what we like)
 - Legend Brand Hot Red Chili Powder 1 Teaspoon (you can use any brand you want this is what we like)
 - Legend Brand Crushed Red Pepper 1 Teaspoon (you can use any brand you want this is what we like)
 - Smoke House sweet BBQ Rub (you can use any brand you want this is what we like)
 - 1 Pack of cream cheese (normal store bought size) make sure it's softened for easy stirring

Directions:

 1) WASH YOUR HANDS!!
 2) Rinse the Jalapeno's!
 3) Cut of tops and then slice Jalapeno's in half (length) I show detailed in video. Remember to keep the correct halves together if you're wrapping the whole peppers as I describe in the video
 4) Gut and seed the jalapeno's then rinse them again
 5) Combine Garlic, Montreal Steak Seasoning, Cayenne Pepper, Black Pepper, Chipotle Powder, Chili Powder, Crushed Red Pepper into the bowl of softened cream cheese
 6) Stir moderately until all powders are mixed and combined
 7) You may taste the mixture at this point to see if you'd like to add any additional ingredients
 8) Apply cream cheese to peppers (again, decide if you're wrapped individual halves or whole peppers and be sure to do your best to budget the cream cheese so you don't run out. (I did that the first time I made them years ago)
 9) Wrap each Jalapeno in thick bacon evenly and hold in place with a toothpick
 10) Sprinkle your sweet BBQ rub over the top of the bacon, we usually go light but you can go heavy if you like

Cooking:

I smoked these on my Grilla Silverbac at 225 for roughly an hour. I then turned up the temperature to 300 to finish them off and crisp up the bacon. You can alter this to get the desired doneness of the bacon to your liking. It's a free country, eat them how you like to eat them!

Eating:

If you made them using my recipe, be sure to have a glass of water nearby because they're gonna be SPICY!!!
