COVINGTON, Ky. (Larry Davis) -- Jeff Ruby's Waterfront Restaurant broke free from its moorings again Thursday morning. It's come to a stop at the Clay Wade Bailey Bridge. The bridge is closed. An employee was stuck on the boat for a time, but was rescued. The Waterfront originally closed in March of 2011, when it broke free the first time. That time, it also came to a rest against the Clay Wade Bailey Bridge. Nearly 100 people were on it at the time and had to be rescued. Ruby announced plans last year to move the riverboat restaurant to the former Covington Landing as part of a redevelopment project. He had signed a 10-year lease.
