Imagine your parents abandoning you simply because as a their child, you are suffering from cerebral palsy. This is the situation in Meru where locals were taken aback when they bumped into three children abandoned by their parents at unknown destination, simply because they didn’t want to associate with them for they are suffering from cerebral palsy.
