This video covers how I modelled, and iterated a design to ensure that it would perform adequately well under load using Fusion 360. Able to handle a ~20lb-f load without concern, a 67lb-f load near the limit of failure, and testing a failure at 224lb-f worst case scenario load. This part will be printed in HP Multi Jet Fusion PA12 Nylon from Shapeways - we'll see what the result looks like in the next segment.
