Partial compliance to court order blamed on cyber security concerns

A report by the ICT team of experts deployed by the Judiciary to monitor compliance to a Supreme Court order for a read- only access to IEBC servers in the NASA petition has blamed cyber security concerns and time constraints for the partial compliance to the order. The report indicates that some demands by the petitioners in the presidential case could not be complied with as it would jeopardize the IEBC data yet the electioneering period is not yet over.
