A quick look at the new water treatment plant being built at the end of Exchange Street, Leominster.
The $19M building is suposed to filter the water, which isn't done whatsoever right now. Chlorine is only used, to keep the water safe to drink, but until this is completed, unfiltered water we get. It IS safe, though, just unfiltered.
