  Korean War Memorial, in the middle of a big traffic island. 
If I wasn't crossing streets to get to Union Station (Their parking garage was not working, used former mall one instead), I would've never seen this, and I'm sure, many don't see it as well. What a shame.
GREAT memorial. Worth a visit if you're at the station, or parked at the aformentioned garages.
