Making African presidents comfortable out of office will end conflict - MPs

Members of Parliament affiliated to the International Conference of the Great Lakes Region have adopted a motion to have states design incentives for African presidents to allow them live comfortably when out of power. Secretary General of the Forum of Parliaments of the regional body Onyango Kakoba said that is another effort to end conflicts in the region.
