Government asked to streamline health workers' salaries

Medical Doctors under their umbrella Uganda Medical Association have asked government to streamline and rationalize salaries among health workers.

Uganda Medical Association president Dr Ekwaru Obuku government has atleast fulfilled some of the promises as it had stated before.

He has called doctors to stop absenteeism and extortion among other evills.

These remarks were made while addressing journalists at Shanghai restaurant in Kampala.
