COTU has vowed to move to court to challenge a decision not to appoint Damaris Mwika to the NSSF board of trustees. The workers union is accusing the labour CS Ukur Yatani of failing to gazette her name as a member of the board of trustees dealing a blow to workers who they say are now underrepresented in the board.
