Things get heated today as iSpani heads into a ferrous metal foundry at ArcelorMittal with Hustler Mohau Ramaili, whose ambition to make it in the metals sector is as hot as the molten iron he has to pour and shape as a foundry moulder. A Moulder, also be known as a Caster or Coremaker, usually works in a foundry, a place designed to handle hot metals and hopefully hot iSpani talent.

iSpani is a reality documentary that takes viewers into the world of work. Each week a candidate tries his or her hand at a chosen career. iSpani takes the viewer into environments offering candidates positions at entry level, creating awareness of the academic, personal and training requirements in the specific field.
