A5148677 Patchie is a wonderful 2-year-old white-with-grey female Pit Bull and American Bulldog mix whose former owner left her at the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on February 5th because they moved and didn’t make arrangements for her. Weighing 54 lbs, Patchie is affectionate and charming. She is attentive to her human and looks up at you with her wide smile and curious face, waiting for you to tell her what’s next. If you let her, she will happily sit on your lap, but she is also able to be independent and do her own thing. Patchie has interacted with dogs of all sizes at the shelter and has done well with all of them; the staff member who has supervised her in the shelter’s doggy playgroups notes that Patchie just loves to be chased by other dogs. Given her all-around awesomeness, it’s no surprise that she sailed through her shelter-administered temperament test. Patchie is a true gem and will be a fantastic best friend to an active person or family with kids old enough to really play with her.
