Carrot Rice Recipe, Carrot Pulao, Carrot Sadam, Carrot Fried Rice for Kids, Easy Lunch Box Recipe,#INGREDIENTS:

2 cup rice

1 cup grated carrot

4 cup hot water

1/4th cup oil

½ cup roasted onion

2 tsp grated zinger

4 cardamom, 4 cinnamon & 3 bay leaves

2 tsp salt

2 tsp sugar

½ tsp cumin seeds

Some chopped coriander leaves

4-5 piece green chili

Carrot Rice Recipe, Carrot Pulao, Carrot Sadam, Carrot Fried Rice for Kids, Easy Lunch Box Recipe, #PROCEDURE:

Heat oil in a pan. Add cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaves and cumin seeds. Roast all.

Add grated zinger. Stir and fry this.

Add washed and soaked rice. Stir and fry all rice. Fry rice in high-medium flame. Fry rice until its white colour.

Add hot water. Mix all properly. Add salt, roasted onion, grated carrot and sugar. Mix all. Boil rice for 3-4 minute.

4 minutes later, cove the pan in low flame for 20 minutes.

20 minutes later, open the lid. Add green chili and chopped coriander leaves. Mix all and check already rice is well cooked.

Now serve and enjoy this yummy easy lunch box recipe.
