Controversial politician  Miguna Miguna has dealt the government a legal blow after the High court ruled that the lawyer is a Kenyan citizen directing  the department of immigration to reinstate his revoked passport. High court judge Chacha Mwita also awarded Miguna 7 million shillings as damages for his arbitrary deportation.
