Salvation Army Passes Out Water Bottles at Mil

The Salvation Army was out at Miller Park today passing out water bottles. Volunteers say they brought 12 cases of water to hand out. Aaron Goldfarb from the salvation army said "The response has been great. Everyone has seemed really excited that we're doing it and they're happy we're here." The Salvation Army also has a cooling station set up at its McCallie Avenue location for anyone needing a cool drink of water. Passerbys can quench their thirst from 9 to 5 any day the temperature is above 90.
