Over 300 cows and 200 goats have been slaughtered across 258 prisons around the country to feed 55,000 inmates and the nearly 10,000 prison staff for this year’s Christmas. The animals are provided by the prison authorities and according to the Uganda prisons spokesperson, Frank Baine
