If you are someone who has issues knowing which direction you are going, then this is one of the Las Vegas transportation tips that you may find beneficial. This is one that I learned from a doorman at one of the major properties here in town. When tourists would tell him that they cannot remember which direction they are going, he would tell them "Stratosphere to the north, Luxor to the south." The Stratosphere is 1,149 feet tall, and is at the north end of the strip. The Luxor is widely known for its light at the top of the pyramid. The Luxor is at the southern end of the strip. This is one of the Las Vegas transportation tips that could help you if you go off the strip and are not sure which direction you are going.
