In this episode of Spencer Kobren's The Bald Truth, Joe Tillman and Spencer talk about the expanding presence of Youtube creators that are giving out "free" hair loss and hair transplant information. Youtube is a fantastic outlet for more compelling information than can be found on basic websites, but the problem is that some of the information being shared is only being shared because of financial arrangements that you are not being told about. It's fine for people to get paid for endorsements, but this has to be disclosed if and when it is happening.

23:39 - Mo from New Jersey calls again to update Joe Tillman and Spencer Kobren about his scalp condition which has influenced his hair loss. Mo reiterates his points about how "the good people", including Spencer and Joe, aren't as visible online as some others online with regards to their online exposure. He goes on to talk about how this applies to clinics as well where several "lesser" clinics are far more visible than they should be.

1:13:10 - Mordecai calls in again to continue asking his questions from the previous broadcast regarding data collected by the IAHRS regarding percentages of hair transplant success rates versus hair transplant surgery failure rates.

1:37:30 - Angelo from Chicago calls in to update Joe on his surgical situation. He had one hair transplant in Chicago that didn't go very well and he's going to South Florida to have a second procedure with a controversial doctor and he wants Joe's opinion on whether or not he's "doing the right thing". Angelo originally found Joe on https://www.Hairtransplantmentor.com.

1:52:53 - Brent from Scottsdale, Arizona calls in and compliments Spencer and Joe about the information being shared online. He discusses his experience with Bosley Medical as a surgical patient and, from the beginning sounded almost embarrassed about saying that he went to Bosley. Spencer and Joe talk about how Bosley has made significant changes and improvements to their clinics to the point where they potentially doing better work than most average clinics in the world. He goes on to talk about how he feels he needs additional hairline work and he expresses his fear of having an unnatural result. He shares that he is pretty happy with his existing result from Bosley and Joe and Spencer talk to Brent about why maybe it isn't such a good idea to chase perfection.

2:23:27 - Warren from Honolulu finally gets through after holding online for two hours! Warren discusses his traumatic experience using a hair transplant doctor in Hawaii that didn't perform the procedure himself, but rather utilized travel techs that flew in from Los Angeles to perform the procedure for the doctor instead. He reports poor growth and a 12,000.00 regret that he's having trouble paying for on a police officer salary.
