14:25 - George from "Staten Island" (Utah) calls in to ask Spencer and Joe's opinion about a hair loss book that describes a system for a possible hair loss cure based on nutrition and diet. The discussion then turns to how women look at men with hairloss and if balding men are considered to be "dating material".

32:15 - Rich calls in from western Australia to ask Spencer and Joe about the sexual side effects he experienced with finasteride and he asks if there is a way to balance the side effects with continuous intake. Joe encourages Rich to resist experimenting with various strategies of dosage and intake frequency because this can create more problems than it solves.

Joe advised David that his hair transplant results may not be up to his expectations only because density, in one pass, is difficult to achieve to the point that the result, be it from FUT or FUE, blends with the non-dht affected hair behind it.
