5:00 - Spencer gets started with the intro for the impromptu special edition of Spencer Kobren's The Bald Truth with Joe Tillman. The guys get straight into discussing Spencer's birthday and the lifetime achievement award he received from FUE Europe, the largest European based FUE society. 

16:45 - Spencer addresses a viewer in the chat room that asks if all members of the IAHRS are the same with regards to abilities. Spencer explains how the IAHRS works and what the requirements are for membership.

39:44 - Mory from Brookly calls in, congratulates Spencer on his award and wishes him a happy birthday. Mory updates the guys on his finasteride use after he switched from generic finasteride to Proscar. 

1:00:23 - Larry from Buffalo, NY calls in. He's going to turn 49 soon and talks about having five strip hair transplant surgeries since 1997 and talks about his consultation with Dr. Bernstein in Manhattan. Dr. Bernstein turned Larry down saying he wasn't a good candidate and Joe and Spencer talk about the reality of what could have happened.

1:45:30 - Dave from Liverpool Uk calls in to talk about his finasteride experience. He had been communicating with Joe through email regarding some problems such as gynecomastia and he wanted to share his experience on air.

2:28:23 - Dave from Long Island calls in as the last call of the show. Dave asks a question about his six month result. He had 3500 grafts from a strip hair transplant and he's wondering if some areas of the transplant will grow sooner or faster than others. He asks because he has a "gap" behind his hairline.
