In this episode of Spencer Kobren's The Bald Truth with Joe Tillman, the phones did not stop ringing and this provided a night full of calls from hair loss sufferers far and wide.

00:01 - John from LA calls in to reminisce about when he was an intern for Spencer twenty years ago. Spencer talks about his time on terrestrial radio.

16:22 - David from Washington D.C. calls in to update Spencer and Joe about his testosterone level issues. He had a testosterone deficiency and he announces his decision on how to deal with his hair loss because of the test results. 

40:01 - Long time TBT listener and regular caller "Johnny Ohio" calls in for the first time in a long while to give his opinion on the decision made by the previous caller regarding testosterone deficiencies.

47:00 Warren from Hawaii calls in to talk about comments he's getting from family and friends after his hair transplant. He also discusses how he's under pressure from online forum members to "just go to Turkey and get your crown done". Joe then explains that a lot of people that are encouraging others aggressively to go to Turkey are getting undisclosed commissions for these referrals. 

58:36 Dante calls back to talk about hair transplant and hair system combinations. Joe talks about how these are usually a bad idea unless the patient has already been wearing a system for many years. Joe tells a story about a younger patient that was convinced that this was the route to go but wound up regretting it because of the reality of hair transplant surgery.

Cliff talks about his his own experience with Propecia and asks for Joe and Spencer's advice on adjusting his dosage. Joe talks about proof he's seen in person about the efficacy of finasteride based on dosage.

1:37:12 - Boz from Ontario, Canada calls in to talk about his experience fighting hair loss and how he's found happiness after a series of key decisions he made. Boz then goes on to ask about future treatments and Joe addresses the online treatment discussions on various forums.

1:50:21 - Joe continues the future treatments discussion by addressing a chat member, "Blah Comments", and the translated to English presentation by Dr. Brotzu during the conference where he presented his findings on his self named treatment. "Blah Comments" was kind enough to send the presentation to Joe for his review before the show.
