Kapchorwa accident death toll rises to 21

The death toll from Tuesday’s Kapchorwa accident has risen to 21 after two more people died from Mbale hospital. Sipi Region Police Spokesman, Rogers Taitika says 9 others remain in critical condition and have been transferred to Kampala for further treatment. He says the dead included 4 tour guides and relatives of the deceased have started picking the bodies.
