Chance Loftis is accused of beating Donald "Pee-Wee" Rogers to death and leaving him on a boat on the Tennessee River in April of 2012. The only witness, Travis Jenkins, testified today and says when the boat stopped working, Loftis and Rogers argued, and began to fight. The defense says it was Jenkins who attacked Rogers, and that Rogers ended up dying after the two men left the boat, saying he fell and suffered a blow to his neck. The prosecution however, says Loftis is responible for Roger's death. Both are charged with murder. Loftis has pleaded not guilty.
