Clermont County sirens randomly sound with no emergency

CLERMONT COUNTY, Ohio (WKRC) - There is no emergency in Clermont County despite the warning sirens that are randomly sounding. The Clermont County Department of Public Safety Services continues to investigate what is causing the sirens to sound. They went off Oct. 24 and again Saturday at 10:30 a.m. A manual cutoff circuit was put in place after Saturday's event. The sirens can be turned on manually in an emergency.
