Stakeholders in the transport industry have termed the recent ban on night travel by NTSA as a kneejerk reaction that has  little positive impact on Kenyans roads other than cause major inconveniences and loss of livelihoods . The ban’s timing has also come under harsh criticism, as it further compounds the transport crisis  associated with travelers over the New Year . Victor Muyakane reports.
