Microsoft Excel Tutorial: Excel Live Preview: Game-changing Paste Options You Need to Know!

Welcome back to the MrExcel netcast! In this episode, I, Bill Jelen, will be showcasing some of the amazing features of Excel 2010. As you may know, Excel is a powerful tool for analyzing large amounts of data. But with the new live preview feature, analyzing data has become even easier and more efficient.

I've been working with Excel 2010 every day and I have to say, I am blown away by the new features. One of my favorites is the live preview for paste options. Thanks to my colleague Mike Girvin, I discovered this game-changing feature. Now, when you copy something and right-click to paste, you can see a live preview of all the different paste options. This includes paste values, formulas, transpose, formatting, and even pictures. This allows you to see exactly what your data will look like before you make the final paste.

But that's not all, the live preview feature also works when you use the paste special option. This means you can see a preview of the different paste options such as paste as values, paste as formulas, and more. This is incredibly helpful when you're working with complex data and want to make sure you're pasting the right information.

I have to say, the live preview feature in Excel 2010 has made my life so much easier. It saves me time and helps me make more accurate decisions when working with data.
