In this video, we take a closer look at my recent 1/28 ME (Maximum Effort) bench press session, where I push my limits to build strength and improve my pressing power. Maximum Effort training is all about working with heavy weights and pushing your one-rep max (1RM) to unlock new levels of strength. During this session, I focus on perfecting my form, improving stability, and dialing in my technique to ensure maximum performance while minimizing injury risk.

Throughout the video, I’ll share my thought process during each set, how I break down my approach to the lift, and some tips I’ve learned to improve my bench press. Whether you're a beginner trying to increase your bench or an experienced lifter looking to optimize your performance, these tips will help you get the most out of your training.

I also explain how ME training fits into a periodized strength program, how to manage fatigue, and the importance of rest and recovery to maintain progress. If you're serious about hitting a new PR or simply want to improve your bench press, this video will provide you with the insights and strategies you need to level up your training.
