A5160293 Bo is a dapper 4-year-old  white-with-caramel male Pit Bull and American Bulldog mix who was found as a stray and brought to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on March 20th. Weighing 55 lbs, Bo is a little overwhelmed in the noisy shelter environment but he is so happy to receive petting and attention from our volunteers. We suspect he spent a lot of his life so far living outdoors and will need some basic training to help him adjust to the life of an indoor companion--although he does show signs of being housebroken already, which is a great start. He is a cooperative dog so we think will learn quickly. Bo has a nice balanced energy so he can join you on walks, hikes, or runs and lounge around at home with you. While out with our volunteers, he was happy to meet and greet other dogs, but he may not be comfortable with all dogs, so would do best either with a well-matched calmer companion or as the king of his own castle. Bo will be an awesome addition to a loving home excited to make him a true family member, and we think he would do great in a home with adults, teens, and/or tweens.
