Kenya’s fisheries sector could lose in excess of 100 billion shillings as a result of climate variability. Fisheries and Blue Economy Principal Secretary Prof. Micheni Ntiba says rising temperatures, drying rivers and low water levels in lakes are negatively impacting the aquaculture sector.
