The corruption and abuse of office case facing Deputy Chief Justice Philomena Mwilu will now be heard on 6th December this year. Five judge bench comprising Justices Hellen Omondi, William Musyoka, Mumbi Ngugi,Chacha Mwita and Francis Tuiyott  will hear and determine the case filed by the Director of Public Prosecutions Noordin Haji seeking to determine the fate of Deputy Chief Justice Philomena Mwilu and whether a sitting judge should be charged for criminal acts committed outside their duties. Ben Chumba reports.
