The Nairobi City County government has introduced ambitious clean up initiative in residential estates in a bid to spruce up the image of the capital city and its environs.  City dwellers will be required to participate in the exercise every third Saturday of the month in what the county government hopes will develop into a culture of environmental conservation through responsible garbage disposal.
