The river Ock in Abingdon is a small and very picturesque waterway, with a delightful and very safe weir near its confluence with the Thames. Water levels were a bit too low on this occasion but another couple of inches in the river would have made it very exciting. If this looks like your kind of adventure why not come on a coracle making course and go wild on your own local waterways. Visit http://www.woodworksandcoracles.co.uk/ for more information.
