The process of paying maize farmers who delivered their maize at the National Cereals and Produce Board since last year has began today. Devolution Principal Secretary Charles Sunkuli says the ministry will deploy officers to the 24 NCPB depots to ensure efficiency in the payment process which will take 21 days.
