The government is asking manufacturers to employ the Three Rs of – Reuse, Reduce and Recycle, in order to reduce the production of plastics. Environment Chief Administrative Secretary Mohammed Elmi is asking stakeholders in the manufacturing sector to consider recycling of plastics in order to ensure a clean environment.
