Police have confirmed that they have Eddy Ssebuufu, a close associate of Kyadondo East MP Robert Kyagulanyi. 
According to Police, Ssebuufu, who is commonly referred to as Eddy Mutwe, is currently being held at Jinja Road police station in Kampala and he is being investigated for incitement of violence and the destruction of property during the chaos that followed the campaigns for the Arua Municipality by-election.
