In this video, I’m hitting some serious leg strength with an 855 lb squat for a single rep and 505 lb stiff-legged deadlifts for 6 sets of 6 reps. This workout focuses on building both raw strength and posterior chain development. The heavy squat is a test of pure power, while the stiff-legged deadlifts target the hamstrings, glutes, and lower back, making this a full-spectrum leg training session.

First, I’ll walk you through my squat setup and execution, hitting the deep squat with power and control. The 855 lbs squat is a true test of my lower body strength, requiring precise technique and focus. Then, I move into stiff-legged deadlifts, which are one of the best exercises for developing posterior chain strength and hypertrophy. With the 505 lbs for 6 sets of 6 reps, it’s about pushing both endurance and strength while keeping perfect form to avoid injury.

This combination of heavy squats and stiff-legged deadlifts is one of the best ways to build overall leg strength and muscular development. Don’t forget to like, comment, and subscribe for more powerlifting training, tips, and heavy lifting sessions!
