This video was taken at Bury Bolton Street on the East Lancashire Railway's Anniversary Celebrations on Wednesday 25th July 2007. It was taken just after the naming ceremony of the Class 40 Preservation Society's veteran machine 40145 and shows the gathering of the clans with a number of people milling about in the general excitement of the moment. A plaque above the nameplate was fitted as a tribute to Trevor Jones who recently passed away, and here we see his widow Dorothy with a plum top, CFPS engineer Dave Peacock having a cup of tea whilst nattering to fellow CFPS members, CFPS committee member John Stephens with EWS hi-viz jacket, CFPS working member Derek Gordon in green t-shirt and taking more photographs, CFPS working member Ian Moore in white shirt, plus an assortment of station staff, to name but a few. More images can be found of a similar nature on Derek Gordon's excellent Fotopic website.
