Flags at all public offices and government institutions and departments are flying at half mast across the country as the country mourns the over 30 people who perished in Saturday’s boat accident on Lake Victoria. Some are still missing after a boat that was carrying over 100 people capsized in Mpaata sub-county, Mukono district. The day of mourning was declared by government early this week. While some of legislators have lauded government for the move, others say the day was declared without a clear program or any significant activity #NTVNews Subscribe to Our Channel For more news visit http://www.ntv.co.ug Follow us on Twitter http://www.twitter.com/ntvuganda Like our Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/NTVUganda
